I had sent out emails and also called all some of my friends today to inform them the good news. Most of them felt relieved after knowing that the MP had agree to inform the TC about not hiring pest control to capture these sterilised strays. Some of the RC members told me to join the RC, as I’m the youngest boy who had visited the MP during the Meet-The-People session haha :) what a lame joke! And yes, for those who do not know that cats that are sterilised has a tipped ear, attached is a photo of one. The tip of the cat’s left ear had been cut off by a vet as identification for being sterilised. This method of identification had been used in Singapore and USA and many other countries.
