Bedok cat killer (David Hooi) strikes again after being jailed once for 3 months this year. He’s out from the jail just for 2 months and he’s going in again. So what can be concluded? Jail term is useless! David Hooi is a menace to the society!

Both counselling and psychological help are definitely a must! Hopefully, he’ll get a much much harsher punishment by the law this time round! It’s best if it’s the maximum sentence for animal abuse: an imprisonment of 12 months and a fine of $10000.

When will the authorities come to sense that animal abusers should be punish with a heavier sentence? Like many have said, 3 months for the previous abuse case done by this same bastard is NOT enough!

Anyone betting? I’m quite sure that Hooi’d be abusing another stray after this case…It seems like a jailterm for him is some sort of vacation to him...

Another issue...as usual in school today and I’ve come to notice this recently, those classmates of mine whom are not so close to me (as friends) are now much closer…while those whom I’m usually close with are now not so close, kind of drifting apart…hmm…*_* ?
