When will the authorities re-instate the Stray Cat Rehabilitation Scheme again?

Overview: This is a 'project' started by the government in Augest 2003 whereby responsible and commited volunteers work together with the 16 Town Councils in 140 areas to STERILISE strays cats to control the overpopulation of them.

- During the SARS period, there was an island-wide panic and the authorities stopped the programme and thus, killing of 35 strays daily starts again, 13000 HEALTHY, young, old, sick cats are put down yearly.
