Comparison...Kinship? Friendship?

To me, I'd rather go for friendship rather than kinship or any other relationships. For a simple reason, friends understand me much more than my parents do. It's damn confusing...or is it another way round, is it because parents understand us too much that's why we need not communicate at all? Frankly, I've never tell my parents anything about myself, be it troubles or happiness etc but I do let friends know. Why? I feel so 'funny' about letting my parents know any stuffs about me. Or rather, I don't even think of it, I'd rather hide everything from them. I feel that friends are the ones who understand me most.

End of the day, other than ourselves, are parents the one who understand us most...or friends?

I started this topic because I was on the way back after I went out this afternoon, I overheard a converation between a teenager and her mum, they do communicate and understand each other. I'm so surprised. Maybe in my world...parents no longer do that.

hoo...It's my off day today. Was supposed to visit Jingle at the shelter tomorrow but can't take leave coz Isabel's going to ROM! : ) Haiz...don't know how is the dog, does she feels like dying being confined in the limited space or is she doing fine...
