Fate again?
Yeow's tears dropped upon the thought of having to release him - a extremely trusting dog that will never survive outside.
The RC chairman was back today and as expected, he didnt approve of the presence of Dober being housed in the dogrun. We explained about the injuries but he was very reluctant and said has to be remove from the dog run tomorrow. Couldn't him 'tolerate' for a week more after the stiches are remove?
My eyes were a little wet- not because of fear, anger etc but because of dissapointment. Just because someone MIGHT complain and the RC MAY get into trouble...then remove the dog?
He asked, did we know the consequences of putting him and building a tent for him in the dogrun. We did. And I've only a question here, have HIM thought of the consequences of not rescuing him? Let him die of a rotting tail? Residents agreed with his presence- we raised $500+ funds for him when we only needed $380.
The question from the Chairman was - ' Har? still got people donate for him?' and 'he is this type of dog, just let him be'
As in the photo, he has become a member of the zone, kids, adults, all love him, did our very best for him. This is not what we want. Dober hasn't been well the whole day, I suspect it's slight fever and some residents say he had foresee his fate...
I wonder, what's with people that goes overseas for their master degrees etc. Aren't them the same?
I told Dober not to worry as we will always be there for him, the RC don't want him, not us. Together, we will wait for a miracle'. I hope I'm not making an empty promise, the thought of releasing him really saddens us and make our eyes wet... ...
