'Dober' with E collar after amputating tail
kk...The entire story : )
Received a call two nights ago to inform me about a stray that was badly injured at the tail. I went down and saw it, the wound was quite bad as in the photo below. Yeow, Jess, me and gang decided to speak to the ‘dogclub’ in the area to get permission to build a shelter for it IN the dogrun that very night.
We ended only about 4 hours later at about 2am+ in the morning. Damn tiring but fun experience! Guess where we got our materials – everywhere! Including rubbish chutes! Finally it was done and we locked the door of the dogrun.
SECOND DAY – failed : ( The tent was wet. We rebuilt the entire thing! And after damn long hours and days of work, we built a bigger one and we r more experience now, knowing what materials etc. And the tail was amputated by the vet and cost $380! Now he has a bob tail.
Most importantly, we NEED help with raising funds etc. I've overshot my budget limit for the animals rescued last month, including my strays etc and is quite tight now.
Please help to lookout for a home for Dober. He's up for adoption at 98176735 or email to abcdef_206@hotmail.com He's quite big sized but looks kinda small in the shot.
