Update on injured pigeon.
Brought to the vet, Dr Gloria Chay@ blk 151 Serangoon North Ave 2
(Mount Pleasant Animal Clinic (north) and Dr. Chay say the wing is broken and already hopeless. Even if immediate medical attention is seek, recovery chances is only 50%.
However it can still fly to about hightest 1.5 storeys high and I've released it at the vet's vicinity as there are lots of bird shops there and saw a lot of pigeons eating food that is drop out from the bird cages.
Good thing here, the vet did not charge me at all, not even consultation. If any of your friends come across injured birds, might want to refer them to Dr. Gloria Chay as not all vets treat birds.
